This type of massage aims to release tension and prevent further disruption of muscle tissue and fascia and potential injury to muscles and associated joints.

Sports Massage may also include dry cupping or hot stone massage.

Benefits May Include: Reduce muscular aches and pains, Increase mobility and flexibility, Decrease muscle fatigue, Prevent injury and aid injury rehabilitation, Increase recovery rate between training sessions, Improve posture, Relieve stress and tension headaches, Prolong sporting careers, and Improve quality of life.

Online Physio

Our online appointments provide you with the same comprehensive level of care as in person, but designed to work around you and your life.

Each appointment will last between 45 and 60 minutes.

In stage one we will undertake a thorough assessment, in the form of a subjective assessment form and movement screening videos to be completed prior to the appointment.

In stage two we will work together to put a plan together and set you on the road to recovery. You will be given an online programme to follow and we can schedule appointments every week, 2 weeks or months to best suit you.
